Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Dance: We totally get that life can throw curveballs. To keep our schedule as harmonious as a symphony, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For the new patients joining us, we ask for a tad more notice – 48 hours for a fresh start with an Initial Consultation appointment.
Late Notice Fee – Oopsie Daisy Edition: If you find yourself caught up in the whirlwind of life and need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, fear not! We understand, but there will be a slight fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Please note; we are not open on Saturday’s or Sunday’s, however if you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for the upcoming week, then please do be sure to leave us a voicemail or email that will be picked up on the Monday morning.
MIA Fee – The ‘Stood Up’ Serenade: We love seeing your smiling faces, and we genuinely want to avoid applying the ‘stood up’ fee. However, if the universe conspires against your memory, and you miss an appointment, we’ll have to charge the full amount.
Reminder Rhapsody: To help you keep track of your appointments and avoid any fee-related surprises, we’ll continue our mission to pepper your inbox and phone with friendly reminders. Expect a delightful email and/or SMS 48 hours before your scheduled time. It’s like a virtual nudge, minus the awkwardness.
